The line for pallets nailing at capacity of 300 pallets per 1 ha
The line is equipped with two nailing machines and pods for all kinds of elements used for pallets production. At first, the top of the pallet is nailed, then it is reversed and on the second nailer the bottom of the pallet is nailed. In this way there has been achieved the time of 12 seconds to nail one pallet.
Application: The line is assigned to nail pallets with dimensions of 800 x 1200 m. (As an option, after earlier agreement with a customer the line can be adjusted for production of other types of pallets.)
